Return Policy

At OVRDSE, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If something is not right, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags and original packaging if applicable

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Limited drop items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges for size issues when inventory is available. If the size you need is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund once the returned item is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return

Email us with:

- Your order number
- Name used on the order
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
