During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after processing:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (if available)
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be shown on the website when active.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
OVRDSE is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, OVRDSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly or check with neighbors/building management.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your order.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags and original packaging if applicable
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale:
- Sale or clearance items

- Custom or made-to-order products
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size changes when inventory is available. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered after inspection.
Refunds
